Hello, My name is Beth Fransen, and I am the Assistant Director at Kids Kare Owens Ranch. Twenty years ago I accepted a part time position that became a lifelong journey, and along the way I have had many wonderful experiences working with children and families. My career in the Early Childhood field started in a faith based program, where I spent twelve and a half years working with infants and toddlers, before joining the Kids Kare family in 1999 as a kindergarten teacher. My education includes a degree in Child Development, and a Site Supervisor permit issued by the California Department of Education. My years with Kids Kare have taught me that a learning environment grounded in an atmosphere of loving guidance is one of the greatest gifts that you can give your child.
