The preschool classes started out their week by sampling white sticky rice, while also building their fine motor skills by practicing eating with chopsticks. After their morning snack they moved onto completing preparations for their upcoming Dragon Parade, as they built their own rattle drums which will be used in the parade scheduled for Friday, January 27th.
